Blood in CSF: Sources include brain subarachnoid hemorrhage, rupture of an arterial venous malformation, intracranial and in the spinal cord, rupture of an aneurysm, intraventricular hemorrhage, trauma to the spinal cord (transection, laceration).

Could you please tell me whether blood film results can reveal that a person's myeloblasts are greater than 20% or can this only be done by an analysis of spinal fluid? I am merely curious and have no immediate grounds for concern?
