Smoke is dangerous: Smoke itself is what causes lung damage so herbal cigarettes are harmful. Smoke free nicotine inhalers/e-cigarettes/nicotine patches/nicotine lozenges do not contain smoke and are a safer alternative to smoking of any substance.
