Hearing aids: Go back to your hearing dealer to check if the pain is from poor fitting molds or the hearing aids are set too loud and hurts the ears.

Sensorineural hearing loss be from acoustic trauma that ended four years ago from military occupation of 4yrs 9 mnth or meiners disease, also have vertigo, tinnitus, nausea, headaches, occular migraines. mri and eeg normal.
I had tinnitus last week. I hearv better in left ear. I had MRI in December, 2020. No apparent signs of acoustic neuroma. What else may cause poorer hearing in only right ear? How long does it take for acoustic neuroma to cause symptoms?
Tinnitus and ear pressure in the right ear for 21 days. PTA shows normal hearing. MRI brain is normal too. Do I need to take another MRI targeting the temporal lobe to identify the cause of tinnitus? Any other scan to be taken? Taking Nervex-BT ngt?
Good morning doctors. I had a hearing test and was told that I have "mild hearing loss." I have two questions.... The Dr said that I do NOT need a hearing aids. Wouldn't hearing aids help? Also, when should I have my next hearing test?
