Penis Shrinkage: If you have not been on any anabolic steroids, or testosterone replacement this is almost impossible. If you are obese then we can maybe explain it due to increased estrogen levels seen in obese males. But, if you have no reason fro this to have occurred then please make an appointment with an endocrinologist or a urologist.
