You might have : Bled from your nose, if you don't have any injuries inside your mouth. If you get this frequently, you should get your blood checked for a coagulation disorder.

Bled at night.: Blood clots obviously come from active bleeding, so I'd presume that for some reason you bled into your mouth overnight. The good news is that I'd assume the bleeding had stopped. The bad news is I can't tell you the site from which you were bleeding. I think you need an evaluation, especially if this happens again.
