Yes: Clavicle fractures (like all broken bones) are painful. You are hunching to try and minimize movement across the break. A sling can be helpful initially as can a figure of 8 brace. As pain and swelling improve you should work on restoring your posture and weaning out of the sling. Working with pt can help improve your flexibility as well. See an orthopaedist to discuss treatment option.

Not normal: At 16 years of age, in the us, you need parents permission to get any medical care. In brief, walking in a hunched position is not a good thing, especially for the broken bone. You need to be in a special figure of 8 harness brace for this. I would talk with your parents and see an orthopedic specialist.
