2 weeks: Although blood tests can detect pregnancy sooner, home urine pregnancy tests are most accurate when you are 2 weeks from conception which is when you have missed your next period. The date of implantation can vary and therfore is less useful for timing testing.

7: Implantation usually occurs 7 days after ovulation and implantation results in a positve preg test about 7 days after that. This means that for most women the test becomes positive at about the time that a period is expected.
