Do woman always have implantaion bleeding? because i took 4 test and it came out positive, but i didn't have bleeding.. am i pregnant ? or is it false

Not always: Although some women have some spotting before their period and end up being pregnant, this is not universal. Typically it seems that patients who bleed wish that they didnt and patients who dont bleed wish that they did because they interpret it as a lack of implantation.....
