Seroquel (quetiapine) withdrawal: I hope you'll be working with your psychiatrist regarding any medication changes. Abrupt withdrawal from seroquel (quetiapine) can lead to nausea, vomiting and diarrhea; also headaches, dizziness, and irritability. There may be changes in behavior or mood. Not to mention the possible return of baseline symptoms.
