A member asked:

Are there certain foods to eat and/or avoid around the time of labor?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Light and low: Keep it light and low in fat and fiber. You don't want to have a lot in your stomach, and those foods will stick around in your stomach longer. Drink plenty of fluids.
