If on june 18 i was 7 weeks 4 days when did i conceive. May or early april. Could i be nine weeks and ultrasound looked 7 weeks?

If ultrasounds date from conception, then why did the sonographer tell me i was exactly as far along as my LMP says? Edds were the same as well.
