Uterine bleeding: Your bleeding is likely the result of your birth control poll. Some pills can result in bleeding between periods. If you are not supposed to have a period and do, you should see an ob/gyn doctor and they will check you out. Your thyroid fx is good. And thyroid disfunction normally does not cause bleeding issues. Good luck!

Possibly: Tsh is secreted by the pituitary gland and causes the thyroid gland to make hormone. But, lh (leutinizing hormone) and fsh (follicle stimulating hormone) share a common structure with TSH (alpha subunit). Therefore, sometimes there is abnormal reactvity, which may mean that thyroid hormones may result in unusual menses or difficulty controlling menstrual cycling. Your TSH is low.

Yes: Both hyperthyroidism and hypothyroidism can cause irregular menstrual bleeding. Treat the thyroid to normal and see if the symptoms still persist. Your TSH is low suggestive of hyperthyroidism. You should see your doc to get this workup.
