Not really: Although probably annoying, this does not bring to mind any significant gynecologic abnormality to me. An underwear change to cotton may help but i can't think ofan ything to prevent this.

Think of meds: You either need to stop a medication because you are getting a side effect; or you need to start a medication to treat an anxiety or some other disorder. This could be an untreated problem that could be fixed with a medicine like effexor, (venlafaxine) or could be a problem with a medicine that your are currently taking that is worth a drug holiday to see if it will go away.
