It could happen: There can be breakthrough episodes even when you're on your medicines, but the chances are much less. Please contact your psychiatrist asap to tell him/her what's happening. Adjustments can be made, to avert a full episode. Also, if using any alcohol or other drugs, please stop. Make room for healthy sleep patterns -- that is often the first signal that something's amiss.
