Yes: Yes, bipolar disorder can do all those things. Thoughts can run so fast they're hard or impossible to follow. People can go without sleep for many days/nights. See a psychiatrist: Mania leads to impulsivity and decreased need for sleep. Suicidal ideation is more of a depressive symptom. What you describe sounds more like a mixed episode. The most important thing is to get on a mood stabilizer.
