Yes if is recommende: If you are virgin and never had sexual intercourse you have a very low risk of getting cervical cancer which is caused by hpv virus which you aquire by having sex.But there is still alittle chance depending on family history and smoking. But it is recommended that all women irrespective of bring virgin or not have a pap smear by age of 21, and three years after being sexually active and annually.
