Hard to say: Milk production from the breast unrelated to pregnancy may be of no significance but warrants investigation to rule out more serious causes. Elevation of a certain hormone (prolactin) may lead to menstrual irregularity. Measurement of prolactin is a simple blood test. See your doctor.
