Hormone levels: Your hormone levels are fluctuating a lot right now - have given birth, are breast feeding.... Your uterus doesn't know quite what to do yet, nor do your ovaries. So hormone levels keep fluctuating, and you bleed a little and then not. All this is totally normal at 6 months postpartum. But also indicates to me that you may be ovulating at times, so make sure you are using birth control.
