Breast milk: You could be pregnant. You could have a rare condition called hyperprolactinemia caused by a prolactin secreting pituitary growth. Check with your gyn.

You may be preg: Or you could have hyperprolactinemia, which is caused by too much prolactin being secreted by the pituitary gland , so you should see your gyn for a workup and exam and breast exam, but you should not have any breast stimulation either by you or no breast exam for 48 hrs before a blood prolactin is drawn so the doc can get the blood drawn 1st and then do the breast exam.
