Not normal: You don't have a menstrual cycle if you are pregnant. This is bleeding during pregnancy and may signify a possible miscarriage or problem with the pregnancy. Or simply it will resolve on its own and everything will be ok. It's likely your doctor would want to know this asap and do an ultrasound at the appropriate gestational age.

Not all: Not all bleeding is menstrual bleeding. Bleeding after ivf is not uncommon. Can be do to many factors. If you are pregnant via ivf and bleeding see your md asap.
