If sumone had chest pain on exercise starting at 18 and is now 22 had echo, stress ecg, 24h ecg, ecg. what is chance of a congenital coronary anomaly?

Possibly: Not all chest pain is from the heart. I first would want to know the results of those tests - were they normal? If the chest pain was from a coronary anomaly the stress echo may be abnormal. Another option to consider with your doctor is a cardiac MRI or ct which are very good in confirming the presence of a coronary anomaly. Hope that helps - good luck.
