Needs evaluation: It is hard to pinpoint what is the underlying cause for these symptoms. It is important to see a physician to get it checked out. After a detailed history and physical examination, blood tests to check for anemia, diabetes, thyroid disease, helicobacter pylori, celiac disease will be helpful. If necessary, additional tests - endoscopy and a scan may be needed.
