Vaginal discharge a separate problem with a variety of causes and need to rule out a treatable vaginitis (e.g. Yeast). Similarly, headache and fatigue have many causes.

Many causes can be.: Since you had a "check up" some most common conditions are likely were excluded with the "ok" result. The question is- how extensive was the evaluation? Frequest urination and abdominal problems could be related to urological disease, while the headache and fatigue is very unlikely related to it. You may want to have some further evaluation by a gyn, and/or urology.
