Might be 2-4 weeks;: Before you can lie flat and sleep normally. Depends on the severity of the injury with type of fx, whether its open or closed and the type of treatment started for you. Non-operative treatment can be symptomatic for 4, even 6 weeks. Surgically fixed can be painful for 2-3 weeks for incision/tissues to heal. Your treating doc would be able to advise you better as he monitors your healing.
