How much time is needed(aprox.)for a gaba antagonist binded to the gaba receptor site to unbind so i can return to my normal klonopin (clonazepam) dose?

4-8 hours: If you are speaking of flumazenil, (clonazepam) it has a half life of 40-80 minutes, so it should be out of your system in 4-8 hours after given iv, however it is metabolized by the liver, so if you have any liver problems, it may take longer, but you should ask your physician.
