Unlikely: Keeping trim is a good thing. You probably are inducing peripheral vasodilation, and even reducing mitral regurgitation a tiny bit. Heavy weight lifting and straining may not be best. Walk, run, elliptical, swim are good choices, i think. Looking for others to comment?
