Depends: If you have long standing anxiety, see your pcp and an ssri like zoloft or Celexa may help. If this is pain from recent acute stress or anxiety, some topical anesthetic like bengay with some tylenol (acetaminophen) and ibuptofen, and maybe a massage and warm bath may be more beneficial to work out the muscle cramp. But you should see your pcp to discuss further.
