Gastroenteritis: If short duration probably gastroenteritis. If has been going on for weeks then could be inflammatory bowel disease eg crohn's, ulcerative colitis.

Medical help now : Your symptoms are complicated and without a series of tests and questions would be impossible to answer. Although this is an excellent forum to ask questions, in your case you need medical attention now. You did not mention the duration of your current situation as well.
