Your symptoms are difficult to co-relate. Urination does not cause numbness anywhere and neither should masturbation relate to it. Urine usually only flows in one direction. However I am not discounting your symptoms. I suggest you drink plenty of fluids and not worry too much. If symptoms still persist Pl see a Urologist.
