Normal washing: Trich can be spread penis 2 vagina, vagina 2 vagina, vagina 2 penis, also through hands, mouth & anus. Not spread (or very rarely) through clothing/bedding. Normal wash should be fine. May be spread by shared sex toys so wash those between partners. Common in women in their 40s/50s, not the same demographic as for chlamydia, gonorrhea. Very common. 70% have no symptoms. Curable with medication.
