Yes: Most of the time women don't know exactly which hpv type they are infected with. In addition, women often clear hpv infection all by themselves! for these reasons, you should be vaccinated regardless of hpv status.

Yes: The vaccine will not protect against whatever strain or strains you may already have but it is definitely still worth getting as it will protect against the other strains in the vaccine.

You CAN but depends:: Of course you CAN but the question is whether this would be beneficial. According to Merck's own data, those already infected with HPV 16 or 18 prior to receiving Gardisil have a 44.6% INCREASED risk of precanceous lesions, so I would advise against this if you have strain 16 or 18!
