Take a test: Don't guess. Take a test. In today's world you do not need to wonder if you are pregnant or not based on symptoms. Pregnancy tests are available at any pharmacy and in minutes you will have your answer. They can detect a pregnancy 7-10 days after conception. The best time to take one is when you miss your period.

Pregnancy: You didn't say when in your cycle you had sex or how regular are your cycles. If the menstrual cycle was normal in length and flow, the chances are small that you could be pregnant. Still, if your cycles are regular and now you are late, you can take a urine pregnancy test to confirm it or wait until your expected menstrual period. If it's still late and the test is negative, you should get help.
