I think i was bitten by a spider on my left breast. the centre of the approx. 3cm diameter area is dark and bleeding. the skin around it is flakey and sore to the touch (like a burn). the onset was more gradual (days instead of hours). what do i do?

Spider bite: Go to uptodate.com and read more. I do not know which kind live in your part of the Cape. Google Spider bites in Western Cape and view images. Show to your Dr or other local expert. Warm compresses might help heal.
