heavy lifting 7mo ago=shoulder blade sore/forcefully popping. now somewhat less sore but still always pops when lifted/rolled back. how do i stop it?

Physical therapy.: You may have some chronically inflammed muscles back there. You should see a non- surgical sports medicine specialist, who would be able to sort things out, and, hopefully, prescribe physical therapy.
