The scoliosis is not affecting your weight, your body habitus is consistent with those that are affected by idiopathic scoliosis. At 21, you are past skeletal maturity and not likely to rapidly progress at this point, depending on the magnitude of the curve.

Scoliosis: Scoliosis, or curvature of the spine, should have no effect on your weight. The vast majority of people with scoliosis do not require any form of treatment throughout their lifetime. That includes chiropractic treatment, which would be of no benefit to you.
