Liver: Bile is made continuously by liver. Gallbladder just astor's and cocentrate it for use when needed. So bile no is secreted into the bowel directly from liver.

The liver (still): The gallbladder does not make bile, it merely stores it. Bile is made by the liver and used by the intestinal tract to break down and absorb fat. Normally, ingesting a fatty meal stimulates the gallbladder to empty it's stored bile. Most people without a gallbladder manage to absorb fats without difficulty; those that don't will have unabsorbed fat, leading to diarrhea.
