It is : difficult to rule out the gallbladder for disease with one single ultrasound. You may need CT abdomen, or repeat ultrasound, and/or biliary blood tests at 2-3 different occasions before you will find a biliary etiology for your pain. The upper endoscopy did show bile buildup in the stomach, so that biliary system isn't healthy. Keep working with your trusted healthcare provider for a solution.
