The result from my biopsy has come and i have asortho/parakeratosis, papillomatosis and acanthosis on the heel of my foot. this has been on my foot for 7 years. mydoctor has never heard of it. what should i do?

Wart : The pathology report is suggestive of a wart. There should be some kiolocytosis in the wart . Hyperkeratosis from chronic rubbing can produce a similar pathology.

Answer: This sounds like a wart which is caused by a virus. Many treatment options are available from otc products to acid. Some opt for cutting out, freezing and others. I have had great success with co2 laser. See your podiatrist for best options for you.
