You might: Be anemic from vaginal bleeding. Get it checked out. It is abnormal to have it for 18 days. Having 4 kids is pretty exhausting without anemia. It could also be from any number of other things, such as hypothyroidism, hypoglycemia, etc. You need to see a doctor.
