Pain in the llq starting on day 10 of my cycle. it starts with pressure, then builds to stabbing, etc. if i exercise or have sex it hurts all the way up to day 20. no cyst on multiple imaging. help!

Could be variety : Can be thatwhich is common and produces this kind of pain ur ovulating or you could have see your gyn dr.
