We always : Start by saying pregnancy test. Say that's negative. Your ovulation could be off and menses getting irregular thus increased estrogen, spotting, soreness and nausea. It seems u suffer a lot of GI sx's though. Check pregnancy, ovulation predictor kit. Bleeding can sometimes mean infection, specifically the cervix. That depends a lot on lifestyle. You may need pill for regulation. Gd luc.

Probably normal: This type of presentation can be normal, associated with a benign cyst on the ovary that did not ovulate, or early pregnancy. Pregnancy testing would be indicated if the early symptoms of pregnancy continue.
