Something else?: Maybe you have allergies, URI or something else which is getting worse. Rebound congestion usually occurs soon after stopping the vasoconstricting rx. You are on the nasal steroid spray which is appropriate . Make sure you are using it everyday.

Rhinitis: I am glad you were able to stop the addictive spray, now that your nose is going back to its old nature, the original reason that led you to use the decongestant nasal spray must be manifesting itself again. See an ENT or allergist, they can help you with medicated nasal sprays so you don't go back to your old habits.
