Possible, Not likely: Anxiety can cause any number of symptoms but eye pain is pretty specific. Anxiety is usually more general with symptoms (something is wring in my chest, or i don't feel safe). For eye pain, you need to see an eye doctor to be sure it isn't something else & if they can't find a cause, then blame anxiety!
