Meds?: Both pain pills and antibiotics can cause nausea - so it could be related to those. If you've stopped these already, speak to your surgeon, and get evaluated.

C.difficile colitis?: Mood changes are a common complaint by nearly anyone undergoing surgical stress which may alter endogenous hormones and carecholamines. Patients commonly report delayed or missed periods as well fluctuations in mood. Commonly patients experience a post partum like depression that may last for up to 3 weeks. However nausea and diarrhea may be indicative of c diff colitis and should be evaluated.
