Keep a daily log: Keep a log of foods (especially aged cheeses, chocolates, meats with nitrates, alcohol, pickled foods, & msg), physical activities, fatigue, missed meals, stress, sun exposure, strong smells, lack of sleep, medications (including pain medications), weather changes and menstrual periods.
