Neuropathy: Consider seeing a neurologist to be evaluated for neuropathy. Causes include metabolic disorders, electrolyte abnormalities, genetic disorders, medication-induced and more. An emg/ncs is helpful in further evaluating the problem.

Tingling Toes: Tingling in the toes may be a sign of what is called morton's neuroma and may have been irritated by activity. See a podiatrist who can diagnose and treat it for you.

I don't think so: Could be a radiculopathy from a lower back problem.

Maybe: Depends what you mean by "active". Increasing stresses on any part of the body can lead to injury, so if you're now on your toes a lot, then it could lead to injury and maybe symptoms of tingling. First try rest and antiinflammatory medication. If tingling gets worse, see a physician. You may have a pinched nerve (morton neuroma) or other nerve related problems. Hope that helped!
