See answer: Sometimes there are no symptoms, and tumors are simply found on an x-ray when looking in that area. Some tumors may cause problems that eventually lead to lymph node enlargement in the groin, swelling n the leg, pain in the lower abdominal area, vaginal bleeding to name a few.
