NO: Swelling hands is not normal, and the fact that you took Cipro (ciprofloxacin) weeks ago, probably may have nothing to do with it. If you had a cellulitis like infection the Cipro (ciprofloxacin) was treating, then when stopped, it returned, that may be a correlation. Either way, swelling/edema is something that you should get cheked out by your dr. Good luck.
