Low sodium: Usually the sodium is low. The ADH (vasopressin) keeps water on board and the body is then forced to get rid of it by disposing of sodium which drags water with it.

No, mostly low: Much of the lab (electrolytes, bun, creat and even blood counts) will be low and serum osmolality will be very low, urinary sodium is commonly elevated as is urine osmolality even though you are fluid overloaded.
