Possible anemia: Although many causes for your symptoms, the most common cause I see in my day to day practice is anemia. You lose blood every month as a woman with your period, and most teenage girls and young adult women do not get enough iron in their diets to make up for this. Suggest you see your doc and get tested for this - then if needed can alter diet to include more iron or take supplement.
